bobJOHNS (the Captain)
is our Youth Minister, He has given overall leadership to this ministry since coming to First Woodway in 1984 (before his associates were born). He is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan College and Southwestern Seminary. Bob is married to Debbie, and they have one daughter, Hannah. He is totally awesome at guitar, golf, and skiing. He is also the Director of SonDays Camp, supervises interns for the Baylor Religion Dept. on the board of directors for several ministries, and has written curriculum, articles, and devotional materials for various publications, and recently completed his first book (still to be published). Bob is also a licensed motor vehicle operator in the state of Texas and drives a truck.

julieROBINSON (the girls minister)
came on board this ministry two years ago and does a fantastic job working with our girls. She is a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota and currently attends Truett Seminary. Julie is a high energy personality who loves to laugh and definitely has a heart that beats for young people. She is married to RJ, and together they teach cornhusking 101 on the weekends. She does not drive a truck.

blakeSHERMAN (the high school guy)
just finished up his first year at Baylor, after doing a gap year in England right out of high school. Blake reads a lot of thick books, plays guitar much better than Bob, and has been known to dazzle on the stage through his dramatic pursuits. He grew up in our ministry and now gives right back to where he came from. Blake also drives a truck.

markTATE (the junior high guy)
grew up in Lockhart (near Austin) and now studies at Baylor. He loves his Baylor Bears but not as much as middle school students. Mark enjoys golf, baseball, swimming, and just about any extreme sport there is . He wishes he had a truck.

artWELLBORN (the worship guy)
straight from our youth ministry where he led worship a lot during high school. Now a Baylor music major, he gives leadership to all things worship. Art plays guitar, drums, cello, and autoharp but is not that strong a dancer.
